The young people and tutors who work within our charity enter into a personal developent programme, where a file is built up for every individual. We provide each learner who completes our progamme (one week to six week duration) with an 'E5' certificate. This certificate requires the equivalent or greater level of input to any accredited qualification currently on offer. We do not provide any endorsed or accredited qualifications. Our research through six years of working with young people suggests that our certificate, together with our ability to represent our young people at the right level, is enough to advance them to the next stage in their development. Our certificiate is becoming widely accepted as a reconised certificate of merit, throughout establishments of futher education, job centres and employers, as a stepping stone towards a better quality future for our learners.
